The rare botanical garden is located in Xiaoliang Soil and water conservation station, Dianbai District, Maoming City. It is located in the northern edge of the tropics, with a planning area of 180 hectares. It is divided into four scenic spots: Tropical Plantation, pioneer forest area, desertification land "bare land" and soil and water conservation composite agricultural demonstration area.

In the scenic area, there are more than 350 kinds of plants, such as Gemu, tussah, Ficus microcarpa, sandalwood, Agaricus, African yolk fruit, and Yihu Bishui (liujiaokan reservoir), which is surrounded by mountains. There are more than 400 kinds of animals, such as wild beaver, pangshanjia, thrush, Kingfisher, dragonfly, butterfly, and so on It is far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, with fresh air, blue sky, white clouds, green mountains, green water, forest sea, showing a quiet, beautiful, natural and charming scenery.
