Shahu Lake is rich in aquatic products and pollution-free, which has been paid special attention by human beings. It is an ideal place for birds to live and breed. Swan, great bustard, Chinese merganser, seagull, egret, white crane, round and wild duck belong to 11 orders and 24 families. Millions of birds breed and inhabit here. It has become a wonderful scene of Shahu Lake and is listed as a national nature reserve.
