Chongbentang

On the top of the gate tower, there are flying rafters and brackets of wood like structure, stone thresholds, doors and windows. The contents of Chongbentang's wood carvings are different. The pictures are simple and bright, the composition is lively, and the knife technique is round and skillful. From the romance of the west chamber to a dream of Red Mansions, to the Eight Immortals crossing the sea, or from the "flower Bogu" to the "carp leaping over the dragon's gate" Chongbentang, the carving is brought to the extreme, even the details of every threshold and bolt are not let go, every inch of the place is a story. Architectural features

The owner of Chongben hall, Qian Youqin, was a native of Tongli. In 1912, he bought some of Gu's old houses and rebuilt them. The whole building group develops in depth along the central axis, with a total of five entrances. It is composed of hall, main hall, front building, back building and kitchen. Although the hall is less than one mu, the building volume is small, but it is very compact and exquisite.

The structure of Chongben hall is quite scientific. There is a fire wall between the main hall and the hall building. There is a "crab eye patio" on both sides of the entrance and the aisle. This small patio is an important part of the building that can not be ignored. It can not only ventilate but also light up, but also drain water and prevent fire. Its function is really great. It is unpredictable, It is said that during the Anti Japanese War, even the fierce Japanese devils were helpless in the face of Beinong. They did not dare to enter the country rashly and were afraid of being ambushed.

Of course, the most attractive thing about Chongben hall is its various carvings. When you enter the courtyard, you can see that Tianzhu and Hongfeng stand against each other in a small courtyard with Lake stone flower terrace. The brick door floor stands in the north. Above the door is a flying rafter bucket arch with imitation wood structure. The arched eye plate is engraved with fine lines of Xianglong. Below is a stone threshold made of granite. In the middle is a "yellow wolf box" latch. At both ends of "a piece of jade" is decorated with Ruyi vanilla lines. On the rubbed "burden towel" is engraved Baoxianghua also has a deep relief of "carp leaping from the dragon's gate" which is a metaphor for promotion and wealth. There is a landscape painting on both sides of the signboard in the gatehouse, which is dignified and forceful with the four characters of "advocating morality and thinking about the book". Virtue is the foundation for the world to settle down, and it is also the way of life advocated by the house owner. On the main ridge of the brick carving, there is also a picture of "looking forward to your son becoming a dragon". On it, people are happy to fish, which makes people imagine vividly.

Nie's Hall

The first ancestor of the Nie people [dunbentang] in Niejia village, wenzhenzhuang village, Jinxian County, Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province: Nie Chang was named Chongben and named Benyuan. He moved in from wenjiazhenwan stream, Linchuan County, Fuzhou City, Jiangxi Province at the end of the fifth year of Weizong reign of the Northern Song Dynasty, and later moved out of juqingfangwantou, xituan Township, Linchuan County, Jiangxi Province. The ranking poems are as follows: Chang'an, you Wenguang, Jing Ji, de Yangbo, Zhi Tiangui, Meng Si, Zhi Dazhen court, bang Guo, Yue Xianyi, Rong Si World Games, Dao Ji, Ming Liangjia, with long hair, good fortune, loyalty and righteousness, and great ambition. In 1928, the genealogy was destroyed during the cultural revolution. In 1992, the genealogy was jointly compiled. In 2011, the genealogy was specially invited to be rebuilt by nearly 4000 men and women who moved out of the village and lived in 12 nearby villages. There are more than 1200 people in the village. Major: Nie Yunfeng, the 29th grandson of Changgong. In the spring of 2007, without asking for foreign aid, Nie's villagers voluntarily donated more than 200000 yuan to rebuild the ancestral hall, with a construction area of more than 200 square meters.
