Sewugou is located in labupu Township, Nanmulin County, Xigaze, with an altitude of 4900 meters.

Sewugou Temple scenic spot is located in labupu Township, Nanmulin County, Shigatse City, 74 kilometers away from the county seat, about 100 kilometers away from namcuo scenic spot, with an altitude of about 4500 meters. Sewu temple is the largest Ningma sect's chufa Mitha temple in Tibet. It is also one of the largest places for master lianhuasheng to practice. The main Buddha is the three lotus Buddhas.

In 750 ad, master lianhuasheng went to the thirteen caves in sewugou to practice for 13 years. He thought that the valley had Buddhist affinity, and hid many scriptures, magic weapons, jewelry and so on here for blessing. Later, in 1120 ad, he founded sewusi by dant tranier, which has a history of nearly a thousand years.

May 10, the year of the monkey in Tibetan calendar, is the day of the birth of master lianhuasheng. On this day, the temple holds grand Buddhist activities. Therefore, the year of the monkey also reflects the custom of turning Wugou temple to SHANZHUAN temple. In 12 years, the year of the horse turns to Mt. Ali, the year of the sheep turns to Lake Nahao and Mt. Meili, and the year of the monkey turns to sewu temple, which has a history of more than 1000 years.

The scenery of sewugou is beautiful. It is full of shrubs and plants. The surrounding mountains are in various shapes. Sewugou is a channel for eminent monks to practice and become Taoist. It is a place where sutras and magic tools are hidden. It is a holy mountain in the heart of Buddhists. The main scenic spots of sewugou temple are: sewu Temple of Ningma school, sangduo white cliff Statues (three Buddha statues and many characters), bibilong fountain, thirteen hidden valleys on the shady side, eight hidden valleys on the sunny side, caiqiong hot spring, zhumuganga holy mountain, dense alpine vegetation and plateau wildlife, etc.
