Qixia fairy house
Qixia fairy house is one of the three ancient gardens in Zhuhai. It is located in the southwest of Huitong village by Tangjia Bay in Xiangshan, Zhuhai.
Introduction to scenic spots
Qixia fairy house, the owner of which is the second grandson of mosiyang, a comprador of Taikoo foreign company in Hong Kong. In memory of his wife Zheng Yuxia, it was built in 1910. It covers an area of 15 mu (10000 square meters) of Chinese and western garden buildings. It has a number of rare flowers and fruits, green shade, beautiful scenery and pleasant environment gardens.
From the outside of the main building, the hexagonal fountain and the generator room of Guanyin are only ruins, while the Orchid Pavilion, the Maoting Pavilion and the litchi Pavilion, three pavilions with different styles, are also hidden in the grass. These pavilions used to be decorated with double eaves and green glazed tiles, representing the architectural styles of China, India and Japan respectively.
