Bao Jun, a calligrapher of Qing Dynasty, engraved the word "Shixi" on a round stone on the left side of the gate. From then on, people called this place "Shixi".

On the right side of the "Shixi" rock at the top of the cliff, the word "kuangguan" is engraved on a round stone. Overlooking from the south, you can have a panoramic view of Xiangzhou District, where the mountains are like Dai's and the jade plate's. At that time, many celebrities gathered here, drinking, singing, writing poems and reminiscing of the past, leaving behind a lot of ink and stone carvings. Because of the long history, there are only more than 30 existing ones. Most of the time groups of Shixi cliff climbing are based on the environment, stone appearance, such as "Maolin Xiuzhu", "Qiaojing" and so on.

Traffic situation

Zhuhai is less than 150 kilometers away from Guangzhou. Generally, tourists go to Zhuhai through Guangzhou and arrive at Zhuhai through Zhongshan City. Aviation Zhuhai airport is located on Sanzao Island, adjacent to Aerospace City, 40 km away from the urban area. There is no direct bus to the scenic spot in the city. You can take a local taxi or charter to the scenic spot.
