Shirenfeng

Shirenfeng is located in the southwest of Huangshan Mountain, west of Shichuang peak, near Shizhu peak. It is one of the 36 peaks with an altitude of 1310 meters. The peak is small and precipitous. There are stones on the top of the peak, just like two old people sitting opposite each other. The name comes from the fact that the sea has changed and never changed.

Development history

The stone man had a head, neck, shoulder and body. Since the Han and Tang Dynasties, both monks and Taoists have respected Shi rengong as the patron saint of Lingshan sent by the Jade Emperor. He subdued demons and subdued tigers for the city people, eliminated diseases and disasters, prevented floods in flood years, and applied rain in drought years. It is said that after Li Desheng became an immortal, Shi rengong often played chess with Li laozhenjun at qipanfeng. The chess skills of the two immortals were between Zhong Bo and Zhong Bo. Once, it was agreed before the game that the loser cut his head to decide whether to win or lose. After the stone man lost chess, he was mistakenly used by Li laozhenjun to cut off his head and throw it down to the northwest peak. The blood dyed the firewood red. So far, the mountain firewood has turned red in late autumn. When throwing the head, 36 drops of blood splashed westward, floated to the south of Taoist Xianfeng and landed, turning into 36 peaks. Although the stone man had his head cut off, he was still an immortal with great powers. He was loyal to his duty every year and showed his spirit from time to time to protect the well-being of the local people. Therefore, the villagers built temples at the foot of the stone man to worship him, and there was an endless stream of pilgrims.

During the cultural revolution, the stone people were bombed as "four old". Today, the local people raise money to rebuild the stone man according to its original appearance.

Good reputation of poetry

Jiao Cuifeng, a Song Dynasty man, wrote a poem: "stone is a muscle and bone, but iron is not true. On that day, Rong Chengdan went. How could he turn into an immortal.

Main attractions

Shiren peak is the main peak in the north of Lingshan mountain. It comes from Longshan, with an altitude of 1090.1 meters. The stone peak is an integral whole, with three huge stones standing at the top of the peak. It is 120 meters high and looks like a giant standing between heaven and earth. It is commonly known as the "Stone Man". According to the record of stone man peak by Zheng Hao, a scholar of the Ming Dynasty, "it is not a wonder of the universe to town a county for a mountain and a mountain for a man."

The image of Shi rengong is magnificent and lifelike, which has attracted many celebrities to visit and engrave travel records. In the Yuan Dynasty, there was a chivalrous man named Peng who engraved on the navel of Shiren Gong the eight characters of "breath neon, air Lingxiao Han" to praise his majesty. Zhou Yongqing, a scholar of the Qing Dynasty, wrote poems on Shiren Gong's toes to eulogize the magnificent scenery of Shiren peak. "Friends come to mount Shiren peak, but Ge Xianweng is not seen in front of it. Weng Fei turns into a guest outside the cloud, and it is difficult for the guest to climb the stone. Songjian Zigui sings the moon at night, and Dangui dances in the autumn. When the wind blows, the mountain flowers fall everywhere, and the scenery is different.
