Located in the West Street of Zhaoxiang, Luodian Town, now Luodian standard parts factory. It will be built in the reign of emperor Qi tomorrow. It is a part of the original Chenghuang palace. In 1861, it was destroyed by the war. Guangxu 13 years (1887) reconstruction, a total of three, attached to a side room, a tall wall in front of the door, written "flowers of the slaughter" four words. It is said that February 12 of the lunar calendar is the birthday of the flower god, and the flower industry of Luodian town gathers to commemorate it. So far, there is a plaque of "Flower Industry Office" written by Zhu LiuJie, a local calligrapher.

Originally, the development of Luodian depended on cotton, and the flower god hall was built to worship the flower god and let her bless the cotton harvest
