On September 20, 2015, Zhao Shaohua, vice chairman and Secretary General of the national art foundation of China, and Gao Xiaomei, vice chairman of the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Chinese people's Political Consultative Conference, jointly unveiled and awarded the "World Hello Art Museum". On the opening day of the museum, 26 masterpieces such as Yang Feiyun's series "girl" were exhibited in the "2015 first world oil painting exhibition". At the same time, the "theme exhibition of works of famous Chinese Calligraphers" and "theme exhibition of fine arts and crafts masters of China" were held.
