Xishan waterfall

Xishan Waterfall (x ī sh ā N P ù B ù) is located on the Xishan Mountain, 4 kilometers west of Lianping County, so it is named. At the bottom of the waterfall water source pool, there are 7 springs gushing water, which is called "qigutang". The water flows down to form a waterfall 300 meters high. Xishan waterfall is located in the northeast corner of the reservoir. The waterfall poured down from the cliff. With a drop of more than 100 meters and a width of more than 30 meters, it is the largest natural waterfall in Heyuan City.

Development history

There is a Dragon King Temple on the cliff, so some people call the waterfall "Tianlong covets".

In 1988, the first phase project of Furong resort was completed here. Under the waterfall, it is the largest natural swimming pool in Guangzhou by using natural landscape and artificial transformation. After years of development, many unique and diversified holiday villages have been built around the reservoir, which has become a good place for summer vacation and water recreation.
