There are a group of magnificent red brick houses, which are transformed from the original Daming rubber factory in Shanghai into the current popular small creative park. It is close to Zhongshan Park Business District of Changning District and only two minutes' walk from Yan'an west road station of rail transit line 3 and line 4. With elegant environment and complete functions, the theater on the first floor has a total area of 400 square meters, which can accommodate 226 people to watch the performance at the same time. The automatic seats are soft and comfortable, suitable for all kinds of modern small and medium-sized performances. The interior of the theater is designed and built with reference to a number of theaters on Broadway, which meets the aesthetic needs of modern performance.
