Gushanzhai is named after three isolated peaks. Among them, Dagushan (grandfather) is guarding the mountain village, Xiaogushan (grandson) is guarding the mountain gate, and Gushan (son) is waiting at the end of the mountain village. Gushanzhai is the most famous Grand Canyon in Shidu scenic area, about 10 kilometers deep. When you step into the canyon, there are many peaks and jagged rocks on both sides. The more you go in, the more steep the mountain is. The narrower the canyon is, and the narrowest part is only 5 meters. The more you go in, the richer the vegetation is, and the more beautiful the scenery is.
