Tiandi theater, founded in 1991, is located on the first floor of the children's palace building in Dongcheng District, east of the north side road of the East Fourth overpass of the East Second Ring Road, with a construction area of more than 3000 square meters and nearly 950 seats. It is a performance venue mainly engaged in acrobatic performances. It is designated as "tourism acrobatic theater" by the Municipal Bureau of culture. It receives foreign tourists to watch acrobatic performances from 7:15 to 8:40 every night.

Introduction of China Acrobatic Troupe

As the first National Acrobatic Troupe and the first literary and artistic troupe to visit on behalf of the people's Republic of China after the founding of the people's Republic of China, China Acrobatic Troupe has acrobatic, magic, high-altitude programs and other acrobatic programs. It is currently one of the largest acrobatic troupes in China with the most complete variety of programs and the strongest overall strength. Over the past 50 years since its establishment, it has traveled all over the country and more than 80 countries and regions in the world.

26 programs of China Acrobatic Troupe have won 37 gold prizes in important acrobatic competitions at home and abroad. Li Ning, a young magician, performed the innovative magic show "changing shape and changing shadow - three changes", which integrates changing face, changing clothes and changing umbrella. In 2001, Li Ning won the golden magic wand award in the 16th Monte Carlo star magician competition and became the only magician in Asia who won some awards. The acrobatic "thirteen people in the top bowl" won the "golden clown" award at the 28th Monte Carlo International Circus Festival in January 2004 with difficult skills and innovative arrangement, which won honor for the motherland and Beijing.

In the past more than 10 years, the acrobatic troupe of China has inherited the traditional acrobatic essence, developed the traditional program features of the regiment, and combined acrobatics, music, dance, drama and Wushu together. In the direction, dance, clothing, lighting, sound and other aspects of new production, have launched a number of modern fusion of acrobatic evening. Every program in the "soul of China" evening party is a top-quality program that has won the international gold medal. Since 1998, it has performed more than 400 performances at home and abroad, and has been highly praised. In 2001, the show also won the golden orange Award for the first China Acrobatic Festival.
