Cai Fuyi, who is known as "learned erudite and talented, wrote a lot of words, and worked part-time for four or six years", was originally from Caicuo, Jinmen. After he moved to Tong'an (now Tong'an District, Xiamen), he built an imperial residence in the north gate of () in Tong'an County, named "zhensutang". It was used as a camp in the early Qing Dynasty. In the second year of Qianlong (1737 AD), it was changed into Shuangxi academy, where it was sacrificed to Wenchang and Fuyi in the back building. It was rebuilt in the reign of Daoguang, in the fourth year of tongzhi (1865), in the 25th year of Guangxu (1899), and in the seventh year of the Republic of China. Since the cultural revolution, Tongan food factory has only a back building, which is a double story building. It is 18.99 meters wide, 11.18 meters deep at the bottom and 9 meters deep at the second floor. Tiaoliang structure, hard mountain top and swallow tail ridge are precious cultural relics left in today's Tong'an by celebrities of the Ming Dynasty in Jinmen. They were listed as the third batch of county-level cultural relics protection units and Taiwan related cultural relics protection units in 1988.

Cai Fuyi, whose name is Jingfu, was born in the fifth year of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty (1577). He was brilliant since he was a child. He was the governor of Yunnan, Guizhou, Hunan and Guangdong military affairs. He toured Guizhou and controlled the five provinces. He gave Shangfang sword to make things convenient. He was an official to Zuo Shilang of the Ministry of war. He died in the army at the age of 48. After his death, Emperor Xizong Jiaqi was loyal and diligent. He presented the Minister of the Ministry of war with a posthumous title of Qingxian. Its tomb is in dafangshan, xiaoyingling, neicuo Town, Xiang'an, and its cave name is "seven stars falling to the ground". Before Cai Fu's life, Chi Xianfang, a literary friend, once wrote a poem to pay homage to him: "the high heaven stays in the solemnity of the earth, and the dangerous rocks protect Guzhen. The true man in the heart, the bright one fights the essence. After all the people had pity on him, the Lord changed his name. Under the baisong wind cut, such as hear the sound of impeachment. The poem praises Cai Fuyi's life temperament and economic talent, and expresses his respect for his old friends. The present tombs are basically intact and repaired.

Cai Fuyi is both civil and military. He has the talent to "pacify the sword and pacify the world".
