Luohe pass is located in the only pass of 306 County Road from erlangjian to Gonghe, with an altitude of 3740 meters. It is a rare viewing platform overlooking Qinghai Lake. Standing on the Luohe pass overlooking the Qinghai Lake, the vast expanse of Qinghai lake looks like a huge jade plate inlaid in the blue sky, white clouds and alpine grassland.
