The park is positioned as a cultural theme park for citizens' leisure and urban change, with a total investment of 7.5 million yuan (including 2.28 million yuan for the planning exhibition hall). The function layout of park planning and design is to match the current landscape atmosphere and the possibility of development, at the same time, it emphasizes the concept of Park waterfront landscape design, so as to create a good environmental quality of people close to water.
