Songpingshan park is located at NO.5 road in the north of high tech park in Nanshan District. It is one of the cultural and sports parks in Nanshan District. Relying on the park, it highlights cultural and sports elements. The current design should be optimized, and the needs of surrounding residents and employees should be fully considered. It is practical in function. All kinds of cultural and recreational activities that the masses like to participate in most must be reflected. We should set up such cultural facilities as walking and jogging fitness path, small fitness square or dance square, park stage, badminton, basketball, swimming and other sports facilities.

The construction of songpingshan park should be complementary to Dashahe park opposite Dashahe River in terms of characteristics; the park construction should maintain ecological and green factors, retain and use all vegetation of the existing plot as far as possible; the concept of energy conservation and environmental protection should be implemented in the construction process, and a variety of trees and building materials should use energy conservation and environmental protection materials as far as possible.

Nanshan District has always attached great importance to the construction of songpingshan Park, and the project is planned and designed as a matter of fact for people's livelihood. At the recent report meeting, the heads of the district development and reform, urban management, housing construction and other departments, as well as the heads of Yuehai, Xili and other relevant sub district offices attended the design scheme report meeting, and analyzed, discussed and compared the three design schemes.

The first plan is to build songpingshan Park into a sports and leisure park, integrating green space with sports venues, creating a natural landscape and a sports and fitness site. In the second design scheme, songpingshan park is positioned as a modern urban park, integrating natural ecology and social ecology. The third plan is to use the existing site of songpingshan park to beautify the existing site and the surrounding environment as much as possible. The functional areas are divided into "dynamic" and "static" areas. One part of the park will make room for the public as much as possible, and the other part will focus on leisure, sightseeing and entertainment.

As a livelihood project closely related to the life of residents in songpingshan area, the final design of songpingshan park should be people-oriented. At the report meeting, the leaders of Nanshan District repeatedly stressed that the construction of songpingshan park should attach great importance to the needs and opinions of residents and enterprise employees in the area. After the current design scheme is optimized, a public notice will be posted in songpingshan community to solicit opinions.
