About the park

Although Deyi park is an open park, it has three gates, the south gate, the east gate and the west gate, all of which are built with green bricks. But the shape has its own characteristics. The south gate is the main gate, which is made of black bricks and tiles. In front of the gate, there is a porch composed of five pairs of unique door numbers. The door numbers are dressed in green and white, holding green lamps and standing opposite each other. On the gable of the south gate, there are six openings of different shapes. The round door is in the middle, two square gates with corners are on the right, and three flat small doors are on the left. Because the openings are full of fences, they are actually decorative doors on the wall. The flower bed in front of the round gate is full of red daisies and young trees. A huge rock stands in the middle of the flower bed, and people can enter the round gate from both sides of the flower bed. Walking into the park from the south gate, you can see a large green square. Two 20-30-meter-high bodhi trees grow close to the east end of the square. This is the main place for adults and children to play in the daytime. On the north side of the square, there is a moon Pavilion. In the Jinyu pond under the pavilion, there is a Jiuqu stone bridge connecting the opposite bank. On the highland to the north of the park, there is also a "Baohui Pavilion" with flying eaves and red buildings. People can sit and chat here, and they can also chant poems. Walking down the steps of Baohui Pavilion, you will step on a 30 meter square bluestone dance hall, which is an audio entertainment area for middle-aged and elderly people's dance activities at night. The west gate of the park is close to Renmin Road. When people enter the park from the west gate, they will see a green belt composed of flowers and willows, and three giant white flower baskets. This is the silent leisure area of the park, with benches and stone benches for visitors to rest. The east gate of the park is adjacent to Jindi Meilong town across Meilong road. There are artificial canals on both sides of the park. Beside the canals, there is a long corridor with two benches lined up.
