Li Zijian Art Museum

Li Zijian art museum is located on the Bank of Xiangjiang River in Yanghu Wetland Park area of Changsha City. It is the largest modern public art museum at home and abroad, which is invested and established by Li Zijian and Dan Hui.

In May 2014, master Xingyun, an internationally famous monk, personally laid the foundation. In December of the same year, the ground was broken. On October 1, 2016, the museum was completed and opened to the public free of charge. On July 16, 2017, Li Zijian art gallery was certified as "the world's largest individual art gallery of artists" by wrca.

On October 1, 2019, Li Zijian Art Museum held exhibitions and performances around the theme of celebrating the 70th anniversary of the founding of the people's Republic of China, presenting 70 years of great changes.

Li Zijian art museum is divided into several areas, including exhibition area a, exhibition area B, exhibition area C (temporary exhibition area), spiritual space, meditation Island, water concert hall, water art restaurant, etc.

Area a: temporary exhibition area (C1-C4 exhibition hall) on the first floor; permanent exhibition hall of Li Zijian's oil paintings (A1-A4 Hall) on the second and third floors.

Opening Hours

Li Zijian art museum is open all year round. The opening hours will be extended or shortened according to legal holidays, major events or special circumstances.

The opening time of the museum is from 9:30 to 17:30 every Tuesday to Sunday (ticket release and clearance will be stopped at 17:00)

It is closed all day every Monday.

The opening hours of the water art restaurant will be changed to 20:30 p.m. (according to the actual situation), and the opening hours of the water music hall will be changed with the activity time.

Ticketing instructions

1. Free of charge and free of charge.

2. Free tickets will be issued within a limited time every day, which will be valid on the same day, expired and invalid until the end of the day.

3. Tourists (with ID card or valid certificate) can only get one ticket for one person, which is valid on the same day and invalid after expiration.
