The central Jiangsu revolutionary history museum is located at the south head of Xing'an Road, Xi'an Feng Town, Baoying County, Yangzhou city. Founded in 1995, it aims to make people (especially the new generation) remember the revolutionary history and carry forward the revolutionary spirit.

The central Jiangsu revolutionary history museum is located at the south head of Xing'an Road, Xi'an Feng Town, Baoying County, Yangzhou city. The museum, with an area of about 65 square meters, was built in 1995 to show the glorious revolutionary history of the region. Its purpose is to let people (especially the new generation) remember the revolutionary history and carry forward the revolutionary spirit. At present, the museum has become the patriotic education base of Yangzhou city

The new hall will be built in early 2019, next to the old one. The total area of the new museum is about 1302.47 square meters, and the exhibition is under planning.

In order to better record the glorious revolutionary history, Baoying County's Xi'an Fengzhen government raised funds to rebuild the Red Maple Garden. The history is as follows:

In the spring of 1944, after the victory of the cheqiao campaign, the Party committee of the Central Soviet Area, the Central Soviet administrative office, the division headquarters of the first division of the New Fourth Army and the leading organs of the party, government and army of the Central Soviet area moved from the sancanghe area of Dongtai to Anfeng Gujin area of Baoying successively, which improved the environment in which they were in a mobile state in the past, and provided favorable conditions for the rectification of cadres, the training of troops, and the mass production movement. After the Party committee of Suzhong District moved to Gujin, Secretary Su Yu lived in Lexi's home in Gujin, and Deputy Secretary Chen Pixian lived in leenda's home in Gujin. The Party committee of Suzhong District moved to youfangtou, Sheyang, Baoying in early February 1945, and then to haerwan, Guangyang, Baoying. It did not leave BAOYING until the liberation of Xinghua on September 1, 1945, and stayed in Baoying for more than 500 days. As Su Yu, Secretary of the Party committee of Central Jiangsu, said, "the victory of the Anti Japanese struggle in Central Jiangsu is in essence the victory of the people's struggle.".

After March 16, 1944, more than 20 units, including the Party committee of Central Jiangsu, the administrative office of Central Jiangsu, the division headquarters of the first division of the New Fourth Army and the central Jiangsu military region, as well as the Party School of Central Jiangsu, the public school of Central Jiangsu and the newspaper Office of Central Jiangsu, were stationed in Anfeng. After the victory of the cheqiao campaign, Anfeng became the intersection of Huaibei, Huainan, Central Jiangsu and Northern Jiangsu, connecting the four bases. Anfeng in Baoying County was once central China The place that local youth yearn for is known as "Yan'an in Jiangsu Province". A large number of proletarian revolutionaries such as Su Yu, Chen Pixian, ye Fei, Zhong qiguang, Guan Wenwei, Ji Fang and Peng Chong worked and fought here.
