Liuyeting is located in houganbing village, Yongning Town, Shishi City. At the beginning of last century, a man named Yang bangsuo led 17 cousins to the Philippines to make a living. After making a fortune, he went back to his hometown and built this big house. Local people call this house "ninety-nine rooms", which shows its scale and number of houses. In fact, it has an official name: liuyeting. The name of the pavilion comes from the doctrine of the mean in the four books, in which "the way of heaven and earth: Bo Ye, Hou ye, Gao ye, Ming ye, you ye, Jiu Ye" is combined into "six Ye".
