Kaishan Palace

Kaishan palace is located in Xiangshan, Xiuyu District, Putian. It is located from northeast to southwest. Its construction area is 184 square meters.

Introduction to Gongyu

The style of the palace is similar to that of lingci east palace. It has a "I" shape layout, a concave gate and a beam structure on the top of a hard hill. However, its width and depth are smaller than those of lingci East Palace, and there is no corridor style. The Lord of Kaishan palace worships the Grand Master of Yanggong (Yang Wulang), with gods Zhang Shengjun and Baima Xianggong on both sides. On the shrine, there are also some deities, such as "Marshal Tian Gong", "Chen Jinggu" and "Guandi", who were brought back from other places to worship when the Qing Dynasty restored.

Folk activities

The main festivals of the palace are the 26th birthday of Yang Gong and the Lantern Festival in the first month of the lunar calendar.
