Ancient town of Lushi

Lushi ancient town is the first town of Chama ancient road in western Yunnan and one of the three most mysterious ancient towns in China. In 2002, Lushi ancient town was rated as a provincial key protection unit. In 2006, Lushi ancient town was listed as a provincial historical and cultural town. In 2012, Lushi ancient town was listed as one of 210 Characteristic Towns in China. In 2013, Lushi section of Chama ancient road became the seventh batch of cultural relics protection units in China. In 2014, Yunnan University developed western Yunnan culture in Jianyun dashuyuan of Lushi to protect ancient towns. Lushi ancient town is one of the top 50 ancient towns in Yunnan, with a long history. Especially during the Anti Japanese War, the ancient tea horse road has become a lifeline for international rescue of China, and Lushi people live on tea. Luo Yingcai was the first person in the history of Lu Dynasty to produce tea. And set up "Junchang" tea house, long engaged in tea trade. There is also "Fengshan Chunjian" from Duan Yifu tea garden, which is one of the best tea products in Yunnan during the period of the Republic of China. Due to various historical reasons, "Junchang" and "Fengshan Chunjian" disappeared.

Lushi ancient town is one of the well preserved and large-scale ancient buildings in western Yunnan. On the whole, the layout of the street and the construction style of the houses have strong religious and cultural characteristics. At the same time, as the ancient town of Lushi is located on the main road of the ancient tea horse road, it has a long history. People from all over the world come here to settle down and do business. The scale of the street is constantly expanding, forming a unique pattern of "three streets, seven alleys and one square". Taking Sifang street as the center of the longitude and latitude line of the market town, it is distributed in a circular shape. Residential buildings are mainly modeled on the northern courtyard and the Jiangsu Zhejiang style courtyard, with a first floor, a bottom, three lattices, three building roofs and mud tile fire walls. Siheyuan has a garden, Sanheyuan has a flower stand, and painted with murals, poems, couplets, seeking its home Square, wind gathering, warm and prosperous. At the same time, the residential building model is influenced by Dali Bai culture, and also has the architectural community of Nanzhao style.

Lushi town is located in the northeast of Fengqing County, Lincang City, Yunnan Province, between Lancang River and Heihui River, known as "Jiajiang River" in history. In Jinji village of Lushi Town, there are still hundreds of ancient tea tree wild communities. Guping village, 2400 meters above sea level, has more than 3000 wild tea trees.

Lushi ancient town is an important post station in ancient times from Yunnan to Menghua (now Weishan County), Xiaguan and Kunming, to Lijiang and Tibet in the north, to India, to shunning (now Fengqing) and zhenkang in the south, and to Myanmar in the West. 1. Self driving

Lushi ancient town is 82 kilometers away from Fengqing County. It is mainly oil road, with some secondary roads. It can be reached by self driving for 150 minutes

2. Transfer to CMB by plane

Take a plane to Lincang, then transfer to Lincang Fengqing CMB, and then take Fengqing Lushi CMB.
