Taiyuan Baoyuan old vinegar shop

Baoyuanfang was built in 1428, the third year of Xuande in Ming Dynasty. It has a history of nearly 600 years. As a royal tribute of Ming and Qing Dynasties, Baoyuan old Chen vinegar wrote a brilliant chapter for Shanxi vinegar industry. However, with the development of history, in the period of the Republic of China, baoyuanfang closed down because of years of famine and war in Jinzhong.
