Ruicheng cultural museum is another landmark project in the core area of Ruicheng County after the Convention and Exhibition Center and Dongmao mall. It is also an important window to show Ruicheng's long history and profound cultural heritage and build a famous historical and cultural city.

Ruicheng cultural museum is located in the south of Yongle square, facing north from south. It is a comprehensive building integrating library and museum functions, with a construction area of 8451.9 square meters and a total investment of 39.2938 million yuan. It is expected to be completed by the end of August 2012.
