Harbin Grand Theater is a landmark building in Harbin. It is built according to the water. It is consistent with the positioning and design of Harbin cultural Island, and reflects the design concept of northern scenery. As a public building facility, Harbin Grand Theater tries to provide different space feelings for the public and visitors from the theater, landscape, square and three-dimensional platform. Considering the needs of performance and sightseeing, the Grand Theater adopts the world's first way of introducing natural light into the theater, enriches the lighting mode in non performance period, and creates a new mode of energy saving and environmental protection; the streamline shape of multi Island stands is unified with the overall style of building exterior shape in the theater. In the design process, the designer has set up a unique pedestrian sightseeing corridor and viewing platform in the Grand Theater. Visitors can overlook the surrounding wetlands and enjoy the unique natural wetland scenery of Harbin.

After the completion and commissioning of Harbin Grand Theater, the public can enjoy authentic and pure opera performances (without any electro acoustic equipment, performing by the voice of actors), and experience the perfect feeling brought by symphony, ballet, drama, etc. in different function halls. As a landmark building, Harbin Grand Theater at night will also become a landmark landscape of ice city, and the lighting design is being selected among the best.

Project implementation

In order to complete the project construction task on schedule, after determining the Grand Theater plan, we should consider saving time, saving cost and other aspects, optimize the construction period reasonably, formulate important project nodes, strictly control the materials, enter the site in advance, organize the construction day and night, work continuously for 24 hours, overcome the recent frequent rainy weather, ensure the quality, seize the construction period, and quickly promote the construction Cheng Jianshe, up to now, 70% of the construction of the floor cushion has been completed, 50% of the waterproofing has been completed, all the bedding and waterproofing of the platform warehouse have been completed, and the - 15m floor binding steel bar has entered the concrete pouring stage. Finally, Harbin Grand Theater has the ability to perform without microphone, which makes every audience can enjoy the original performance.

Harbin Grand Theater, as the largest, the highest standard and the most perfect symbolic cultural facility in Harbin history, recently completed the construction of steel structure.
