On December 23, 2019, Sichuan Provincial People's Government approved Ganzi Prefecture to adjust the administrative divisions of some towns and townships in six counties (cities), including Kangding city (cfzm [2019] No. 25): Donggu Township, Shuizi Township, dongnugu Township, niega Township and yuezha Township were abolished, and Donggu Town, merdoshan town and Jiaju town were established. The administrative area of Donggu town is the administrative area of Najiao No.1 village, Najiao No.2 village and Keli village in the former Donggu Township and shuishuizi township. The people's Government of Donggu town is located at No.52, group 1, Donggu village.

After research, the reply is as follows: Donggu Township and Shuizi township will be abolished and Donggu town will be established. the administrative area of Donggu town is the administrative area of Najiao No.1 village, Najiao No.2 village and Keli village in the former Donggu Township and shuishuizi township. The people's Government of Donggu town is located at No.52, group 1, Donggu village.
