Lingyin Temple, located in Dabei mountain, Shengsi County, Zhejiang Province, was originally named zifuyuan. According to the song edition of Baoqing Siming? Jiaoyuan, it was first built in the eighth year of the Late Jin Dynasty (943). After several ups and downs, it was rebuilt in the eleventh year of tongzhi (1872) of the Qing Dynasty and renamed Lingyin Temple. Since then, it has been expanded in the 26th year of Guangxu (1900). The temple was demolished during the cultural revolution in 1974. After the reform and opening up, the religious policy was implemented, and Lingyin Temple was rebuilt in 1987. In December 1990, Daxiong hall was completed; in 1996, Tianwang hall was built; in 1997, Shanmen was built. It is under further preparation.
