In the blueprint of urban construction near the sea, Linghu is the core of the city's new town center. After more than three years of construction, more than 7000 meters of cofferdams have been built, and more than 900 mu of lake surface has been excavated. Together with the old river, the lake area has reached 1200 mu. Seven scenic spots will be gradually built, including Linghu, Wufeng lake, Taoyuan, Dagangshan, Wan'an Temple, Luohe Park and Huigang lake. The water ecosystem and ecological environment of Linhai City will be gradually improved, and the landscape city will be highlighted. In particular, as an organic part of the Linghu project, Luohe park is a riverside ecological leisure park built along the river, which mainly focuses on plant landscaping, integrating culture, leisure, ecology and tourism.

Linghu lake is located near the sea in Zhejiang Province. Because of its beautiful scenery, it has become a tourist attraction with an area of 1200 mu. There is an island in the middle of the lake. Tourists can go to the center of the lake by boat.

Linghu scenic spot is an important part of Niutoushan provincial tourist resort. It is located in the middle of Linhai City, covering an area of 4.7 square kilometers, including 1.2 square kilometers of water area. The core of the scenic spot is the water surface of Linghu lake, which includes Xitai Fanying, Western Range Rover, Lingjiang Suoyue, Linhu yaoyue, LiuDi Chunxiao, Longpan Yinghai, Qiongdao in the center of the lake, caojia shuisi and lakeside liutrace "Nine core scenic spots" is a city leisure and cultural experience tourism destination integrating cultural experience and ecological tourism. It is known as "three bridges connecting the dike and the wind angle, one tower hanging down the mountain and pulling the rain string". In 2017, Linghu scenic area won the China living environment model award. Linhu district was rated as a provincial cultural and creative District, and won the gold award of excellent landscape engineering in Zhejiang Province.

On May 21, 2018, with the approval of Zhejiang provincial scenic spot quality rating committee, Linghu scenic spot has successfully established a national 4A scenic spot, becoming the second 4A scenic spot in our city after the Great Wall in the south of the Yangtze River.
