Tongji Huahai scenic spot is located in Tongji Town in the north central part of Pengzhou City, 28 kilometers away from Pengzhou City and 65 kilometers away from Chengdu City. It is known as "emutang" of Chengdu.

Covering an area of more than 800 mu, the scenic spot is a theme flower park integrating flower viewing, outdoor parent-child and animal interaction. The catering, entertainment and leisure facilities in the park are being improved and upgraded. The park is equipped with 5000 square meters of intelligent greenhouse. There are eight theme flower exhibitions, including tulip exhibition, Buttercup exhibition and Dahlia exhibition. The total number of flowers planted in the park exceeds 3 million.

The flowers bloom into the sea and set off each other with the green mountains and Jianjiang River Valley on the left and right, showing tourists a very charming landscape painting.

More than ten kinds of animals, such as blue peacock, alpaca, British pony and budgerigar, are staying in the experience area of Mengchong paradise, a popular science education base for young people. Tourists can interact with the animals closely. Swan play on the Bank of Dieshui lake, birds sing and flowers smell at Tongxin Pavilion. In the four seasons of the year, there are many outdoor activities such as the Dutch international Tulip Festival, the national goddess network competition, the international RV camping Festival, and the beer barbecue Music Festival, which attract a large number of tourists.
