Yunnan Road Museum

Yunnan highway museum was built and opened in lujiangba service area of Baoshan Longling Expressway in Yunnan Province on June 1, 2011. From the Southern Silk Road, to the Yunnan Burma highway, and then to the Kunman highway, Yunnan has occupied an important position in the international passageway since ancient times.

The Yunnan Road Cultural Museum in lujiangba service area, built by Yunnan Road Development and investment company, has been put into trial operation, becoming the first road themed Cultural Museum in China. Yunnan highway museum is located in lujiangba service area, covering an area of 380 mu. It integrates subtropical scenery, ethnic customs, highway culture and anti Japanese War Culture in western Yunnan. It shows the history and present, nature and humanity, highway and culture of Yunnan highway transportation.

Exhibition area structure

The exhibition area of the highway Pavilion is divided into two parts: inside and outside. The exhibition hall has a scaled down Huitong bridge, a cultural wall of Anti Japanese war in western Yunnan, and a schematic diagram of Yunnan Myanmar highway. On the square, there are historical relics of Anti Japanese war in western Yunnan, such as Shi Pang, tanks, ten wheeled military trucks, etc. On the balcony outside the exhibition hall, there are seven famous traffic steles in Yunnan, which are yuan Zi Wuchi road inscription stele, Ji Hong Bridge stele, Cha Ma Ancient Road stele, Huitong bridge stele, Mao Zedong and Zhu De inscription stele, yiqiutian road class stele, showing the development track of Yunnan traffic from Qin Wuchi road to modern highway. The inner exhibition hall is divided into eight theme exhibition areas: preface hall, Yunnan highway Fu, Yunnan highway traffic changes, Yunnan's three major international channels, Yunnan highway traffic construction achievements, Yunnan highway traffic "six hundred", Yunnan highway and economic and social grand vision, Yunnan highway leading to the future.
