Yanaqingbo Ranch

Yanaqingbo is one of the best pastoral areas in Jiantang area of Shangri La. It is located on the hillside of shika snow mountain. To get to shika snow mountain, you must pass yanaqingbo pasture.

At 3746 meters above sea level, the pasture is surrounded by dense Alpine willow shrub forest, mixed forest shrub dominated by alpine oak and Rhododendron shrub. On the west side of the hillside is a dense Abies fargesii virgin forest. Looking down from the top of shika snow mountain, the whole pasture looks like an emerald inlaid in the forest. 7、 In August, the meadow is covered with banana leaf like "butter flower" (local name), forming a perfect combination with the beautiful umbrella shaped willows around, which adds infinite poetic flavor to yanaqingbo ranch. This pasture is famous for its good quality of grass, butter and milk residue produced by cattle.
