Located in Greenland Park, Sichuan North Road, Hongkou District, Shanghai, the memorial hall of the Fourth National Congress of the Communist Party of China has a construction area of 3180 square meters and an exhibition area of 1500 square meters. It consists of a preface hall, a main exhibition hall, a film and television hall and a Deputy exhibition hall. The original site of the Fourth National Congress of the Communist Party of China was No. 8, Lane 28, Lane 254, Dongbaoxing Road, Hongkou District. The house of that year was destroyed in the fire of war in the January 28 Incident. In 2006, Hongkou District established a 186 square meter historical materials exhibition hall at 215 Duolun Road. On the one hand, it will make up for the small scale of the historical materials exhibition hall of the Fourth National Congress of the Communist Party of China. On the other hand, it will make up for the regret that only the Fourth National Congress of the Communist Party of China did not establish a formal Memorial Hall for the six national congresses held in China before the founding of the people's Republic of China. In March 2014, it became one of the 78 social venues where primary and secondary school students can enter from March.
