With Wen Yiduo's "song of seven sons" as the introduction, the museum introduces to visitors the historical process of Weihaiwei being forced to rent by Britain for 32 years in chronological order (of which Liugongdao was rented for 42 years). The wax figures inside are very delicate, and there are many oil paintings. The exhibition hall covers an area of 1890 square meters. Through the wax figures and room layout, many scenes of daily life in those days are restored, such as the people playing golf in China's first golf course, the office scenes of Weihai governor, and so on.
