Jiutouma ancient residence
The jiutouma building complex faces south from north, with a square plane, 120 meters wide from east to west and 120 meters deep from north to south, and is divided into five columns. There are 22 main buildings, surrounded by 6-meter-high walls, more than 10 openings, watchtowers and gun holes.
Introduction to scenic spots
It was built by Chen Lihuan and his son after decades. The first one was built in Jiaqing period of Qing Dynasty, most of it was built in Daoguang period (1821-1850), and the latest one was completed around 1872. The five columns are separated by firewalls and lanes, and are connected by frame doors. In the middle of the south side of each train, there is a gate. In every wedding, the gate, screen door and hall door open all the way. It's very spectacular to enter the "wuluotouhou". In the south, there are 13 light windows in the middle row of walls, and palace lanterns are hung for lighting. There is a square in front of the building, with high foundation around, deep ditch behind, near the stream on both sides, and wells, pools, open ditches and underground ditches inside. The layout of water supply and drainage is reasonable, forming a complete and independent building group.
