The full name of the stele is the stele of rebuilding Jinding in Fanjing Mountain. It is a valuable cultural relic of the Ming Dynasty. It was built in 1618, the 46th year of Wanli period in the Ming Dynasty. It was built by Emperor Shenzong after Miao Xuan, the Royal monk, revived the Jinding ancient Buddha Taoist Temple in Fanjing Mountain. The writer is Li Zhiyan, a doctor of the Ministry of household affairs. The doctor of the Ministry of household is equivalent to the Vice Minister of the central court. The inscriptions are all engraved in regular script with a total of 1349 characters, including 838 prefaces and 511 attachments. The article is rich in content and full of emotion. It is the most authoritative and valuable material to record the development history of Buddhism in Lingshan mountain and determine the status of Buddhism in Lingshan mountain. It is also the first beautiful text to describe the mountains and rivers in Fanjing Mountain.
