Dongping Village

Dongping village is located in HENGDU Town, Sanmen County, Taizhou city. During the reign of emperor Chaozhi Zheng (1341-1368), Duke Chen Jinting came from Dongyang, Jinhua, and served as the Jiaoyu of Ninghai County. He loved to cross Dongping mountains and waters. He chose to live in Dongping and became the first ancestor of Dongping village. It has been more than 600 years since then.
