The bottom floor of Penglai Pavilion is 14.8 meters long, 9.65 meters deep, surrounded by corridors and 16 columns. There is a huge plaque of "Penglai Pavilion" hanging above the main entrance, which is the handwriting of tiebao, a calligrapher of the Qing Dynasty. There are no poems, inscriptions and paintings left over from the past dynasties on the pink wall of the room. Now it is called "photography exhibition room for party and state leaders visiting Penglai Pavilion". Most of the visitors took a group photo in front of the monument of "the first building in the world" with the giant plaque of "Penglai Pavilion" as the background. The second floor of Penglai Pavilion is 13.5 meters long and 8.55 meters deep. It is surrounded by cloisters on all sides, 16 bright pillars, wooden grid balustrades, wooden screens on the north, East and west sides, and windows on the north side for visitors to watch the sea with hurdles.
