Tomb of Xia Houyuan

XiaHouYuan tomb is located in the north of Hezhuang Township, Hejie Township, 7 km west of Xuchang City, Henan Province. It was originally two tombs standing side by side. The eastern Tomb of XiahouDun has been destroyed, while the existing western tomb is XiaHouYuan. Xia Houyuan died at Yangpingguan in 218 AD and was buried in Hanzhong. This is yiguanzhong.

XiaHouYuan's tomb is located in the north of Hezhuang, Hejie Township, 7 km west of Xuchang City, Henan Province (in today's City oil depot yard). The two tombs stand side by side. The tomb of XiahouDun in the East Tomb has been destroyed, while the tomb of XiaHouYuan in the West tomb still exists. The tomb is 10 meters high and covers an area of 3300 square meters. There are stone steps that can reach the top of the tomb. Xia Houyuan, whose name is miaocai, was born in the state of Pei Qiao (today's Bozhou City, Anhui Province). He fought with Cao Qibing and made many achievements. He died in Yangpingguan in the 23rd year of Jian'an (218 AD) and was buried in Hanzhong.
