Loft49 Creative Industry Park

Loft49 was formerly the nylon branch of Hangzhou Blue Peacock Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. many large state-owned textile factories were gathered around it. Before the nineties of the last century, there was a prosperous scene of canal industrial civilization. However, with the adjustment and transformation of Hangzhou's economic structure in the past decade, this old factory area has gradually gone from prosperity to decline. Blue Peacock company will also stop production of the nylon branch and rent out the old factory. Later, just like 798, the innovation and utilization of the old factory became loft49.

There are some restaurants and coffee shops in the park. It's good to visit them occasionally.
