General Shi Lang cemetery

The tombstone is engraved with "emperor Qing Guanglu doctor, Prince Shao Fu Jinghai, general XiangZhuang Shigong's tomb" and "Yipin's wife Wang's, Yipin's wife Huang's" on both sides. The tomb is of stone structure, with three caves in total. The tomb faces south and covers an area of 68500 square meters. The tomb area is divided into five terraces from north to south. There are four wengzhong statues, one pair of horse, one tiger, one sheep, one lion and one Huabiao respectively. There are also a memorial tablet Pavilion in 1698, an imperial Memorial tomb square and a Guifu tablet Pavilion.

General Shi Lang cemetery

Shilang cemetery is a cultural relic protection unit in Fujian Province. It is located in huku village, huangtang Town, Hui'an County. The cemetery covers an area of 6800 square meters. The tomb is divided into seven layers with two pairs of stone carving officials standing on the left and right sides of the top tomb. The next layer is lined with stone horses, stone tigers, and stone sheep, with different shapes and realistic expressions. The next layer is the "imperial funeral" monument, which is built by Qing Dynasty The first, second and third "imperial edict Memorial" and "imperial edict construction" stele pavilions of Emperor Kangxi; a pair of about 8-meter-high stone watchtowers separated the left and right sides of the tomb, with a spacing of 137 meters; "Mountain Gate Square" stands in front of the mausoleum. The surrounding acacia trees, pine trees and jungle form a natural emerald screen.

Plaques stolen

On the afternoon of April 11, 2015, huangtang police station received a report that the "imperial edict" board of general Shi Lang's cemetery had been stolen. After receiving the report, huangtang police station rushed to the scene for investigation.

On April 1, 2015, Shi's family members from Xiamen, Jinjiang, Shishi and other places at home and abroad went to Shi Lang cemetery for a visit. "After checking the photos taken on that day, there was no" imperial edict "card, because the" imperial edict "card was in a very high position, and no one noticed it at that time."

"Imperial edict" brand is 1 meter wide and 1.3 meters high, and its original position is 5.2 meters above the ground. Police are investigating the theft of the imperial edict. This is the second time that general Shi Lang's mausoleum was stolen. Many years ago, a stone tiger in the mausoleum was stolen. Later, the thief was arrested and the stone tiger was recovered.

Brief introduction to the owner of the tomb

Shi Lang (1621-1696), a native of Yakou in Jinjiang, was named zunhou and Zhuogong. Zheng Chenggong, the former minister, later rebelled against the Ming Dynasty and surrendered to the Qing Dynasty. He has a queer appearance, is brave, is good at leading troops, and "learns to do things on the sea". He is a general with strategic vision. After Zheng Chenggong died of illness in Taiwan, Shi Lang strongly advocated the recovery of Taiwan Island in the Qing Dynasty, denouncing the fallacy of abandoning Taiwan and leading the army to cross the sea to recover Taiwan. Shi Lang contributed to the reunification of the motherland, so he was honored as "Marquis of Jinghai".

In 1696, Shi Lang died in office. In recognition of his merits, the Qing government built the ancestral temple in his hometown (Yakou village on the Bank of Shenhu Bay in Jinjiang City). The ancestral temple was rebuilt by later generations and has been well preserved today.
