The predecessor of Tunxi Huizhou hukai ink factory, namely "the first old shop of hukaiwen", is composed of hukai ink shops, shop names and workshops in Huizhou. The factory has more than ten production processes, such as carving, cigarette lighting, ink making, ink drying, grinding and gold drawing, and a well-equipped physical and chemical testing center for ink ingots. It has collected all the technical equipment and ancestral formula of famous artists to make Hui ink, and has more than 7800 precious ink models created and carved by famous artists since Ming and Qing Dynasties. The traditional formula of Hu Kaiwen approved by the State Administration of trademark is refined from precious medicinal materials such as pure tung oil smoke gold, silver foil and natural musk. It has the characteristics of black color, lasting for a long time, unsophisticated pen and paper. It is an indispensable art and cultural article for writing and painting. In 1979 and 1983, it won the silver medal of national high quality products. In 1989, it won the gold medal of striving for national high quality products.
