Xikeng Village

From the map, Xikeng is located in the northwest corner of Tong'an, which is very similar to Tibet's position in China. Geographically, Xikeng's altitude is as high as 1000 meters, which is only slightly inferior to Yunding mountain (1175 above sea level), the highest peak in Xiamen. Tea is the largest local specialty in Xikeng village, with a total annual output of more than 10 tons. Tieguanyin, Benshan, huangjingui, Huangdan, hairy crabs are of high quality and low price. Dried bamboo shoots, sweet potato, pickled vegetables, radish, bergamot melon, Yancong, native chicken and native duck can also be purchased directly from farmers.

Xikeng Village

Xikeng village, Sidu Township, Songyang County, Lishui City, was listed in the third batch of Chinese traditional villages list in 2014. Xikeng village is located at the junction of Songyang and Wuyi counties and at the foot of Dazhong mountain 13 kilometers away from Songyang county. The famous "songxuan ancient post road" passes through the village. Xikeng village has more than 20 Qing Dynasty buildings and more than 40 Republican houses. The small mountain village near the primitive forest is the focus of photographers.

Xikeng village, Sidu Township, Songyang county is known as "the most beautiful small mountain village in China" by many photographers. Xikeng village, with nine mountains, half water, half farmland and surrounded by mountains, is an ancient village with rich residential characteristics. Because of its unique geographical location and climate conditions, it has become a good place for many tourists and photographers. Many tourists are deeply attracted by the "retro" route with ancient trees, roads and villages as its main features. Dozens of photos taken with the village as the background have won national awards, so Xikeng village has the reputation of "the most beautiful small mountain village in China".

Village profile

Siduyuan to Longdian is divided into East and West tributaries (pits). Xikeng village is on the west side of the tributary, so it is named after this. It is 13 km away from the county seat. The county seat goes northward to the entrance of zhaitouling mountain, along the old road on the right, through Xiabao village to Heben intersection, and along the hillside 1 km away from Kangzhuang Road on the left. More than 300 people, mainly ye and Ding.

There are ye's genealogy and Ding's genealogy. The last revision was on the eve of liberation.

The Ye clan originated from Tang'an, an ancient city. They are descendants of fashan, the founder of Taoism. It belongs to Nanyang County. On the walls of the lanterns used for sacrifice today are the words "Shilin aristocratic family" (Note: ye mengde, No. Shilin Jushi). The Ding clan originated from the Ding ancestral hall in the South Gate of Xiping.

Customs and culture

Every year on the 14th of the first month of the lunar calendar, every man in the ancestral hall of Ye and Ding pastes a pair of couplets, and there are several eight immortals tables in the ancestral hall. Each family offers three kinds of sacrifices, arranged from top to bottom according to the ages. Most of them are cakes and sweets, which are filled in bowls and stacked high. It's magnificent. At the end of the afternoon of the 16th, the first and last three days, and the "eight heads" take turns day and night On duty. This custom is intended for ancestor worship.

There are also the customs of "worshiping shixuantouniang" and "worshiping zhangshuniang" -- villagers like to add new recruits with eight characters. If they say that they are against their mother, they are called "shixuantouniang"; if they say that the five elements lack wood, they are often named "wood" and "zhangshuniang". "Shixuantouniang" is located in the hillside behind the village. It takes half an hour to travel. One stone is about three meters high, and the other is about one meter high. It is closely related to each other, like mother and son. "Camphor tree Niang" is located at the entrance of Baocun village, which is a large camphor tree with hundreds of years. Every year on the 30th of the Lunar New Year and the Dragon Boat Festival, children go to sacrifice until they are ten or sixteen years old.

As the saying goes: four radishes, three ginger, five six peanuts. Xikeng village is one of the main radish producing villages in Sidu, which was still prosperous in the 1980s and 1990s. Due to the degradation of cooked land, the area has decreased sharply in recent years.

There is a primeval forest in the west of the village. There are many evergreen trees. They are either tall and straight, striving for upward or leaning out. They are full of twists and turns. Each tree has its own posture. They are wonderful and natural. Standing in the south of the village entrance, on both sides of siduyuan reservoir, there is a huge "V" in the big mountain, while Yunyan mountain is sandwiched in the middle of the "V", which is very similar to a giant Buddha, lying on his back happily.

Looking eastward, Shao Jianshan jumped in front of him, and then went eastward across several mountains, there was a "Bijia mountain" (called "sanyajian" by the local people). In the East, there is zhaitoujian, 1002 meters above sea level, and the hillside is zhaitouling. One mountain and one scenery, the scenery moves with the eyes, a lot of interesting.

Behind the village, there is Dazhong mountain, 1129 meters above sea level. After the summer rain, the village lives in the Dai mountain. It is a beautiful place for photography in the county. In recent years, more than 100 batches of Chinese and foreign photographers have focused on it.

Among them, Mao Jinjun, a member of China Photographers Association, and Wang Peiquan, a photographer from Lishui, have won dozens of national awards for their photos taken with the village as the background. During the second Lishui International Photography Festival in October 2005, 23 cars gathered in the village, including photographers from the United States, Germany, Portugal and other countries.

infrastructure

In 1984, high voltage power was put on. In 1985, the village from the "hengwu" mountain spring 2 km to each household. The water quality is excellent and can be directly drunk as mineral water; the water source is sufficient, and the maintenance work is undertaken by the village collective. The whole system is not installed with a water meter, and the villagers can enjoy it free of charge. In 1986, the mechanized road was opened. In 2004, the cement road was poured in the Village Lane, and the hygiene was divided into several parts. In 2005, a 1.2km tongcun Kangzhuang road was built, greatly improving production and living conditions.
