The governor's Yamen of the Qing Dynasty, that is, today's "governor's Yamen of Shandong Province", was established in Jinan in 1644, the first year of Shunzhi in the Qing Dynasty. There was no customized organization in the yamen, only "six room scribes, Muyou" and some affiliated staff.
