Taoranju (Taoran ancient town store)

Taoran ancient town is a millennium old town in Chongqing. It is a national AAAA scenic spot, a famous historical and cultural street in China, a key protected traditional street in Chongqing, a "new Bayu twelve sceneries" in Chongqing, and a folk culture tourism circle in Bayu.

Taoran ancient town is located in Renhe Street (formerly Taoran town) old street of Yubei district. It was built in Song Dynasty. It used to be an ordinary rural small market town. The manor of Yan family, a big landlord surnamed Yan, is very grand,.

Yan Qi, a descendant of the big landlord surnamed Yan (Chairman of Chongqing taoranju group), rebuilt Yan's courtyard, rebuilt Renhe old street, renamed Taoran ancient town and opened it to the outside world

Taoran ancient town is rich in Bayu culture, religious culture, Yubei culture, Hongyan culture and folk culture. A stone road, a millennium old town of Taoran, is the epitome and symbol of the ancient city of Chongqing, which is praised as "little Chongqing".
