Nenjiang park is located on the Bank of Nenjiang River in the southwest of Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province, the hometown of Red Crowned Crane. It was founded in 1993 and officially opened in 1996. It starts from Yingbin bridge in the East, reaches jiangti in the west, overlooks Tongjiang road in the south, and faces Huxi road in the north. It is a cultural and entertainment place for sightseeing, entertainment and business services. It is a large open park in Qiqihar city. The park covers an area of 32.88 hectares, with more than 30 species and nearly 10000 trees.

Nenjiang park is mainly divided into four scenic spots. The first scenic spot is the riverside scenic spot, which is also the center of the whole park, covering an area of 5.9 hectares. The 25 meter high memorial tower for the victory of flood fighting is the main scene in the area, and the tower is the main axis. In the north and South green spaces, there are twelve zodiac sculptures as the background. The second scenic area is the water recreation area, mainly on the lake, which provides recreational activities such as fishing and boating. The third scenic area is the business service area, which provides catering services for tourists from the pedestrian bridge to the three hole bridge. The fourth scenic spot is the fishing area, which provides fishing places for the majority of fishing lovers.
