In 2000, the museum was located in Yunqiao village and Jingju village on the Bank of Xuyan River in xinminchang Town, covering an area of more than 100 mu with a total investment of 40 million yuan. It is a small private themed museum with the purpose of collecting Buddhist stone carvings along the Southwest Silk Road. There are more than 2000 works of art in the museum, rich in content and rich in culture. The greening in the garden has better preserved the natural style and features of rural bamboo forest in Western Sichuan, with luxuriant trees and shady green trees. As the center of the origin of ancient Shu civilization, Pixian County's profound cultural heritage provides the soil for the survival and development of Luyeyuan. The museum integrates the collection, research and exhibition of stone carving art, and is mainly engaged in the exchange and development of stone carving culture and art. At present, the museum is gradually building into a conference training hotel, which integrates cultural communication, catering, entertainment, conference training, leisure, accommodation and business. It has attracted high-level cultural personages from all over the world to visit and investigate.
