Qinglongtan is located at the northern foot of Yanyu mountain, 85 kilometers away from the urban area of Beijing. There are many springs in the pool. They flow all the year round, but they can't flow out of the valley. It's said that Qinglong sucked the water back and spit it out for rain when it was dry. So Qinglong temple was built in the early Tang Dynasty. Beside the Qinglong temple, there is a huge stone. When the wind reaches level 4, this huge stone will make a sound of "clattering, clattering", which is called "wind moving stone".
