Development history

National 4A green forest mountain scenic spot is the core scenic spot of Dahongshan national scenic spot, located in Jingshan City, Hubei Province, with an area of 120 square kilometers.

In 2008, Lulin mountain was rated as a national 4A scenic spot. In 2013, it became a well-known tourist destination in Central China, with an annual tourist volume of 1.5 million. In 2014, it was officially included in the national 5A creation plan. The scenic spot has successively won the honorary titles of "the best eco-tourism scenic spot for the 60th anniversary of the founding of the people's Republic of China", "the most desirable tourist destination for foreigners" and "the most beautiful scenic spot in Hubei". It is praised as "scenery, hometown of Eastern Han Dynasty" by tourists.
