Tiansheng bridge is located in Gaotun Town, Liping County, Guizhou Province. It is 16 kilometers away from the county seat, 3 kilometers away from Liping airport and 460 kilometers away from Guiyang, the capital of Guizhou Province. Fulu River, a tributary of Qingshui River, flows through it. The Tiansheng bridge in Liping is closely connected with Bazhou River Scenic Area and Liping Chengguan cultural scenic area (famous historical and cultural city), and is one of the main scenic spots in Liping Dong Township scenic area.

The main arch spans the Fulu River, with a span of 138.4 meters, a width of 118 meters, an arch height of 36.64 meters to the water surface, and a thickness of 40 meters at the top of the arch. The attached arch spans 78 meters, a height of 28 meters, and a width of 119 meters. It is the largest Tiansheng bridge in the world. The main arch span alone is much larger than the world Guinness record of 2001 Li Ping Tianshengqiao was officially awarded the Guinness World Top certificate on January 15, 2001.
